“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

When Hadrat Uthman ibn Mazoon (ra)was buried, the Holy Prophetﷺ placed a stone on the head-side of the grave and said, “With this, we place the recognition of our brother’s grave and shall bury the deceased of our family here.”- Mishkaat Sharif.

It has been stated that the life of a Muslim before and after his death are the same (i.e. they should be respected equally). – Mishkaat, Baabud-Dafn and Mirqaat

Sayyidah Aisha (ra)ا the Mother of the Faithful, was the key-keeper and saw to the affairs of the Holy Prophet’sﷺ Qabr Sharif. When the Sahaaba wished to visit (Ziyaarat) the blessed grave, they contacted her to open the Rauza Sharif for them. – Mishkaat, Baabud-Dafn

Hadrat Ibn Musayab (ra)states, “My father, who made bai’at (pledged allegiance) to the Prophetﷺ at the tree, said. “We went for Hajj the following year but the area (where the bai’at took place) was obscured to us.” – Muslim, Vol. 2, Kttaabul-Imaaraat, Baabu Bayaani Bat’attr-Ridhwoan and Bukhari, Vol. 2, Baabu Ghazwatil-Ambiya .

The Holy Prophetﷺ has said, “I had previously stopped you from visiting the graves. Now, you may definitely visit them. -Mishkaat, Baabu Ziyaaratil­-Quboor.

Once a Janaazah, which was praised by people, passed before the Holy Prophetﷺ . He said, “It has become Waajib.” Another Janaazah which was spoken badly of passed by him a little later and he said the same thing. When Hadrat Umar (ra)asked him what had become Waajib, Sayyiduna Rasoolullahﷺ explained, “Jannat for the first and Jahannam for the second.” He continued, “You are the witness of Allah(swt)on earth.” – Miskhaat, Kitaabu/-Janaaiz, Baabul-Mashyibil-Janaazah

A slave girl was beating a daff (small tambourine) in front of the Holy Messengerﷺ . When Hadrat Abu Baler (ra)came to the Prophetﷺ ‘s court, she continued beating it and didn’t stop even when Hadrat Uthman (ra)arrived, When Hadrat Umar (ra)arrived, however, she stopped beating it, placed it on the floor and sat down. The Noble Messengerﷺ then said, “O Umar (ra), Shaitaan fears you!” – Mishkaat, Kitaabul-Fadhaail- Baabu Manaqibi Umar'”

Narrated Al-Muttalib: When Uthman ibn Maz’un died, he was brought out on his bier and buried. The Prophet ordered a man to bring him a stone, but he was unable to carry it. The Apostle of Allah got up and going over to it rolled up his sleeves.*[Abu Dawud, Book 20, Number 3200]“

Mishkaat states, “One night, when the Prophetﷺ went to the graveyard to bury one of the deceased, he lit a lamp.” -Baabud-Dafn

Sahih Al Bukhari – Volume 1, Book 4, Number 215 Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas: Once the Prophet ﷺ , while passing through one of the grave-yards of MADINA or MAKKAH heard the voices of two persons who were being tortured in their graves. The Prophet ( said, “These two persons are being tortured not for a major sin (to avoid).” The Prophet then added, “Yes! (they are being tortured for a major sin). Indeed, one of them never saved himself from being soiled with his urine while the other used to go about with calumnies (to make enmity between friends).” The Prophet then asked for a green leaf of a date-palm tree, broke it into two pieces and put one on each grave. On being asked why he had done so, he replied, “I hope that their torture might be lessened, till these get dried.”

Hadrat Uthman bin Haniff (radi Allahutala anhu) says that a blind man came to the court of the Holy Prophet  and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Pray for me that I may regain my sight.” The Prophet ﷺ  said, “Go and perform ablution and read two Raka’ats of Nafil Salaah and read this Du’a: ‘O Allah! Verily I ask of You and towards You I use the mediation of Nabi-e-Rahmat, Muhammad Mustapha ﷺ . O Muhammad! Verily I turn through your Wasila to Your Creator for my needs so that my needs may be fulfilled. O Allah, accept the intercession of Muhammad ﷺ  for me”. (Ibn Maja; Shifa Shareef)

When Hazrat Adam (alaihis salaam) ate from the forbidden tree, he made Du’a to Allah Ta’ala through the mediation of the Holy Prophet ﷺ  in this way: “O Allah! Forgive me with the Wasila of Muhammad Mustapha ﷺ .” (Tibraani; Muwahibul Ladaniyah)

Hazrat Aisha Siddiqa (radi Allahu anha) says that the Holy Prophet ﷺ  said, “O Allah! Grant Islam respect through Umar ibn Khatab.” (Ibn Majah)

The Holy Prophet ﷺ  said: “Abdaals will be in Syria. They are forty men. When one of them passes away, then Allah Ta’ala puts another in his place. Through their blessings it rains. Through them victory is gained over enemies and through their blessings punishment is moved away from the people of Syria.” (Mishkaat; Ash’atul Lam’aat)

As narrated from Al-Bukhari (Radi Allahutala anhu) that a man came to the Prophet ﷺ  and asked about the Hour saying, “When is the Hour?” Muhammad said, “What have you prepared for it?” the man said, ” Nothing except I love Allah and His Messenger.” Muhammad ﷺ  said, “Surely you will be with the one you loved.” Anas said, “I love the Prophet ﷺ  and Abu Bakr, and ‘Umar, (may Allah be pleased with them). And I hope to be alive while they are living.” Muhammad ﷺ  said, “A man is gathered on the Day of Judgment on the Religion of his brother. So be careful for the one you befriend.”

In reference to the Abdaals, Imam At-Tabarani (Radi Allahu ta’ala Anhu) quotes a Hadith Shareef in which the Beloved Prophet
ﷺ  declares, “There will always exist 40 persons on the Earth, each of whom is blessed like Hazrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). It rains because of their barakah. Allah appoints another when one of them dies.”

It is in Hadith, narrated by Safwan bin Assal (it is a very long Hadith in which two Jews asked Prophet Mohammad –ﷺ  several questions and the Prophet – ﷺ  answered all of them) then Hazrat Safwan says both Jews kissed Prophet’s ﷺ  hands and feet”. (Tirmizi, Nasai, Abu Dawood, etc.)

When I want to talk to Allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
