Ishq-Ana
“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
True love/ishq
Nafs=ahklaq/character(ahklaq shows niyyat)
Aql/intelligence (I/ANA)
Ahklaq is situation bound(for eg- travelling like spending money,mentality,accommodation, patience etc etc)
Hirs/greed= appreciation,money,power,lust etc etc
Gaining allah’s qurb/nearness is more important than sawaab/ajar.
No sight on amal/sawaab just do it to please allah and gain his qurb/nearness.
More ANA/I =more bad ahklaq
Less ANA/I =less bad ahklaq
NO ANA/I= GOOD AHKLAQ
NO I/US ALWAYS YOU
Worldly people are safe because they seek only duniya (unpleasant)
Knowledgeable people (seeking only ahkirat) are unsafe if they seek duniya(anything which will take you away from allah) .
Our job is to keep doing good deeds acceptance/sawaab is left to allah(NO SIGHT ON AMAAL/DEED)
1 heart =1 love (either duniya/ahkirat)
Most Beautiful heart=no ahkirat(no eye on sawaab) only allah’s love.
Ishq makes heart beautiful.
Ishq mean seeking only beloved allah (no duniya no ahkirat)
Allah is beautifull and loves beauty(heart)
Sufi =from allah -for allah -towards allah
Ibadat/worship +itaat/obedience=takes you to jannah.
Ishq takes you to qurb/nearness of allah.
Ishq=meraj and burnts mount tur
In meraj = allah was muhib/lover and prophet was mahboob/loved
On tur =allah was mahboob/loved and prophet musa was muhib/lover
Allah is ashiq/lover meaning removal of veil.
Slave remembers allah for a limited life/time but allah’s rememberance is unlimited.
Slave seeing allah by his heart /spiritual eye of the heart and allah looks at the slave’s heart (niyyat/ rewarding/nearness)
Keep smiling face because he is close to you and cry from heart because your far from him.
Visaal=union and firaaq=separation
Fear his separation and rejection of amal/deeds because of your shortcomings.
Never like your amaal/deeds and accept zillat/disgrace.
Ashiq/lover thinks its allah’s ehsan/benevolence not his efforts
Good deeds give sawaab/reward
Baith gives barakah/blessings and sawaab/reward
Riyazat/mujahida removes veils.
Nafs =threat to your iman.
Islah e nafs =gives perfect iman.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
