Manners-Death Miswak
“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
THE ETIQUETTE OF OFFERING CONDOLENCES
One who consoles Allah (subhanu wa taala) will clothe him with ornaments of honor on the Day of Requital.
One should supplicate for the family of the deceased and encourage them to have patience and think of the reward they will receive from Allah for doing so in this time of distress.
have patience and seek reward from Allah.
Show mercy to others allah, will shower mercy on you.
One should supplicate to Allah that He shows mercy to the deceased.
It is desirable to prepare food for the family of the deceased.
This is a du’a which Rasulullah [Sallallahu álayhi wa sallam] recited to Ummu Salamah [Radiallahu anha] at the death of her husband: “O Allah! Forgive Abu Salamah, elevate his status among the guided people and look after the family that he left behind. O Lord of the universe! Forgive us and him, comfort him in his grave and lighten his stay (in the grave).
mention the reward of patience over that calamity(ask for replacement of loss with better one), the transitory nature of life on earth and that the hearafter is an everlasting abode.
Indeed! Whatever Allah gives or takes belongs to him and everything is predestined by Him.
THE ETIQUETTE OF MISWAK
The total times of using Sewak by the Muslim at the day and night is not less than (20) times.
Salaat performed after using Miswaak is seventy times more virtuous
It is Sunnat to use Miswaak every time one performs wuzoo.
The length of the Miswaak should not exceed a span (i.e. the length between the tip of the thumb to the tip of the little finger when the palm is fully stretched.)
miswek can be used -For the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, For the recitation of Hadith, When the mouth emits bad odour,For teaching or learning the virtues of Islam,For making remembrance of Allah (The Exalted),Before intercourse,After entering one’s home,Before entering any good gathering,When experiencing pangs of hunger or thirst,Before meals,After the time of Suhoor,Before and after a journey, Before and after a sleeping.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
