“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

Surely, man has been created impatient and greedy. 70/19

He gets upset and worried when some hardship (or financial loss) afflicts him, But becomes miserly when he receives good fortune (or affluence), Except for those who …are constant in their Prayer,help poor and needy, affirm the Day of Requital, fear the torment of their Lord, who safeguard their private parts, trusts and promises, who stand firm on their testimonies, And those who safeguard their Prayers, It is they who will enjoy great honour and respect in the Gardens. 70/19-35

30/36. And when We delight people with the taste of mercy, they cheer up with that, and when some suffering touches them due to the sins they have already perpetrated, they lose hope at once.

2/238. Guard strictly all the Prayers, especially the middle Prayer.

2/238….And stand before Allah as an epitome of submissiveness and lowliness.

Many faces will be fresh and in full bloom that Day, Beholding (the enchanting radiance and beauty of) their Lord (unveiled). 75/22

Surely, those who say: ‘Our Lord is Allah,’ then stick to it (firmly), angels descend upon them (and say:) ‘Do not fear or grieve, and rejoice in the Paradise that you were promised. We are your friends and helpers in the life of this world and in the Hereafter (too). 41/30-32

82/13-Indeed, the truly good will be in the Garden of Bliss…

82/13 ..And surely, the evildoers will be in the (Blazing Fire of) Hell.

And direction and guidance is the share of only those who possess wisdom and insight.3/7

2/269  …And only those who are endowed with wisdom and insight receive direction and guidance.

2/270 And whatever you spend or whatever you vow to offer, Allah verily knows it and the evildoers have no helpers.

2/271 If you give charity in public, it is worthwhile (for it will persuade others), but if you hide and deliver it to the poor in secret, that is (far) better for you. And Allah will remove from you some of your sins (due to this charity)……

2/274…. Those who spend (in the cause of Allah) by night and day, privately or publicly, have their reward with their Lord. And (on the Day of Resurrection) they shall neither fear nor grieve.

3/92- You can never attain to piety unless you spend (in the cause of Allah) out of that which you like the most… …

Narrated Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn AbuBakr: I said to Aisha! Mother, show me the grave of the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and his two Companions (Allah be pleased with them). She showed me three graves which were neither high nor low, but were spread with soft red pebbles in an open space. [Abu Dawud, Book 20, Number 3214]

“Prophet cast three handfuls of earth on the dead with both hands, that he sprinkled water on the grave of his son Ibrahim, and that he put small pebbles on it.”[ Al-Tirmidhi 1708]

Narrated Al-Muttalib: When Uthman ibn Maz’un died, he was brought out on his bier and buried. The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) ordered a man to bring him a stone, but he was unable to carry it. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) got up and going over to it rolled up his sleeves. [Abu Dawud, Book 20, Number 3200]“

Sayyida A’isha used to pray regularly in her room, which used to contain the Prophet’s  blessed grave (Bukhari (#3303), Muslim (#5325))

Sahih Bukhari vol 2 book 23 Hadith 473 Narrated Abu Bakr bin ‘Aiyash : Sufyan At-Tammar told me that he had seen the grave of the Prophet elevated and convex.

Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqah (radiyallahu ta’ala anha) narrates that: “When the dear Prophet (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) used to pass the night with her, in the last part of the night he would go to the graveyard of Madinah (Muslim, Mishkat p.154)

Narrated by ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ta’ala anhu) that the dear Prophet (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said: “I forbade you from visiting the graves but now you should visit them” (ibn Majah, Mishkat p.154)

It is narrated in Sahih al-Bukhari (Kitab al-Jihad) under the Heading “Whoever Sought the Help of the Poor and the Pious people in War”, that the Prophet, sall-Allahu `alayhi wa sallam, said: “You gain no victory or livelihood except through (the blessings and invocations of) the poor amongst you”.

It is narrated in al-Shifa of al-Qadi Iyad that Sayyidina Ibn Umar (r) had put his hands on Nabi Muhammads (s)  minbar (pulpit) and would wipe it over his face. He was clearly looking for Tabarruk. If the Sahabah were clearly in need of Baraka, aren’t we?

Nabi Muhammad (ﷺ) saw a person sitting on a qabr and told him: “Do not harm the person in the qabr and he will not harm you.”(la tu’zi sahib al-Qabri wala yu’zeek). (Hakim and Tabarani)

Attach to masjid means remembering Allah

Softness of heart =enlightened face.

Ghair/desires-that which will take you away from Allah

Wali/friend-that will take you close to Allah.

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
