Taqleed-Ghair Muqalid

GHAIR MUQALID(people who don’t do taqleed)

Those who doesnot follow taqlid /ghair muqalid oppose taqlid +tasawuf(because of lack of knowledge).

Ghair muqalid =no taqlid+no tasawuff

Fitna=Ilm-fiqh/marifat

Fiqh –tasawuff=corrupted AND tasawuff-fiqh=heretic  (haq=fiqh+tasawuf)

Munafiq=running away from deen(fiqh+tasawuff)

Munafiq=no good ahklaq/saqawate nafs +no fiqh in their hearts /no indepth understanding of deen.

Stopping people from taqleed meaning you gave each individual to do ijtehad /research/reasoning.

Today making new madhab is fitna(stick to hanafi/shafi/maliki/hambali school of thought).

Fitna

1.apposing existing madhabs

2.creating a new madhab

3.layman/unqualified becoming a researcher/mujtahid(deen is not your selection of ideas).

4.preventing people from  4 madhabs (hanafi/shafi/maliki/hambali).

5.preventing pious researcher from research with in 4 madhabs.

6.Extremist view/no research-reasoning  lead to fitna.

NEVER USE YOUR NAFS IN SHARIA(Use brain for duniya AND heart for deen)

People reject works of mujtahid imams

1.they say its zaeef hadith

2.they doesnot have knowledge/uloom e ahadith

3.reject the ahadith/sunnah authority.

4. Rejecting rasoolallah’sﷺ  legislative authority.

5.some made ahadith higher than quran(ahadith never go against quran).

6.those with out Islamic knowledge/uloom started giving authority

7. Ulema left quran/sunnah rather presented works of mujtahid imam’s work as final authority in islam.

8. Recent problems =no research/no arguments/no daleel on issues.

9. Give daleel from quran/sunnah/ijma/qiyas

10.Jumping directly to fatawa/ijtehadi work of the great people.

USES OF FIQH

Presents all the sunnah of rasoolallahﷺ .

Covers details of quran and sunnah(asl/actual deen,not a bidat)

Fiqh is qualified form of quran and sunnah.

Ijtehad =maintain actual spirit of law based on changing time/place.

Helped in eradicating differences +Islamic knowledge was sorted with correct knowledge.

Deen is easy to practice because of fiqh.

Fiqh gives various options (rehmat/mercy)

Knowledge grows with research /reasoning .

How can you differentiate between farz/wajib/sunnat/mustahab etc without fiqh.

Deals with same word with different meanings for different situations (general/specific/nullified/ijma/time/grammer etc).

Without fiqh =people are misguided.

Fiqh/law is for better society at various stages or else rights get violated.

Ijtehad is necessary for deen (law/society)

Stick to 1 madhab/maslak(hanafi/shafi/maliki/hambali).

No fight=in itiqadi /aqidah related matters with all 4 madhabs.

Farz e ain= to know what is farz AND farz e kifaya=ijtehad/research/reasoning .

Ijtehad is closed for new madhab AND ijtehad is opened for research (sticking to old madhab).

Ijtehad =pious knowledgable people(research) AND taqleed =for common people (its safe)

Taqleed with research is favourable and taqleed without research is unfavourable .

Earlier generations were followers of fiqh/jurisprudence

Fiqh is a part of deen.

Every 100 years once mujathid/revival of deen will come (ie mujtahid will keep coming).

How to check a person?

 Aqidah e ahle sunnat wal jamaat +ahklaq e sufiya

Nafs=ibadat-duniya AND ruh=love+knowledge

Arif= a person with living heart because of association with allah.

Association of heart with allah=lively heart AND dissociation of heart with allah=dead heart.

Marifat=life of heart because of association with allah.

Arif =Meaningfull concentration/brain is involved and association with allah (heart /feeling )

Allah’s light descend in the heart when you remove duniya from your heart.

Best tabligh =aqidah e ahle sunnat wal jamaat +ahklaq e sufiya/aulia

Marifat/noor e deen=simple life .

Noor e baatin=actual hidayat(rest is just impression)

Baatin light makes you see the unseen world

Zaahir light makes you see duniya.

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
