“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

TAZKIYAH

Tazkiyah means purification of self from all sorts of evil and corruptive influences.

Desire for self  purification and is obtained by god’s blessing

Keep practicing charity and virtue /goodness.

purification and nourishment.

Proper and smooth development of good inclination.

Treatment

Tazkiy e nafs  restores the balance between desires and responsibility .

Potential nature of the man is different than actual nature of the man.so develop the potential nature to a level that it can easily overshadow the actual nature.

Divine reward /prosperity=Purification + remembrance+ prayer with spiritual concentration.

Incentive =desire for self purification AND Procedure=acts of benevolence

Life  means seeking god’s pleasure

1.surrender your will with that of god’s will

2.Perform deeds which pleases him.

3. direct each act for seeking his pleasure (start with bismillah)

4. be with people of zikr/remembrance who seek only his pleasure/raza.

Righteous  people=seek allah’s pleasure and they have achieved  (they have become objects of divine love) ie seeker transformed into the sought /object of divine pleasure.

God’s pleasure/raza = constant remembrance with companionship of god +associating with those who have already acquired the pleasure of god.

Mureed/Sincere seekers of god  are truly guided(Achieving pleasure and grace of god).

Dedicate every moment of life to the service and pleasure of the lord.

Purpose of life =attainment of ihsan/perfection  leading to achieving pleasure and grace of allah. 

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
