“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
The Attributes of Almighty ALLAH
Allah azzawajal is One. He has no partners in Being, attributes, actions, commands or in Names
His Existence is compulsory. His destruction is impossible. Allah Ta’ala always was and always will be.
Allah Ta’ala is “Qadeem”. “Qadeem” means “that which always existed and will always exist”. His Qualities are also “Qadeem”.
“Haadith” means “a creation or that which was created by Allah Ta’ala”.
“Muhaal” is “that which will never be possible, that which can never be”. Allah Ta’ala is free from lies, tyranny, ignorance and shamelessness. These qualities are totally “Muhaal” for Allah Ta’ala.
Allah Ta’ala is present and in existence. The term used to define this is “Hai”.
Allah Ta’ala is the possessor of all excellence and all good.
Existence, Power, Hearing, Seeing, Speech, Knowledge and Intention, etc. are the Divine Qualities of Allah Ta’ala.
Allah Ta’ala is free from all human forms.
Whosoever accepts the Quran-e-Azeem to be a creation, according to Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa (radi Allah anhu) and the other Imams (radi Allah anhum), such a person is a Kaafir (non-believer)
The Holy Quran that we recite and write is “Qadeem” and without sound. Our recitation, our writing and our voice is “Haadith”.” Our writing is “Haadith” and that which we have memorised is “Qadeem.”
The Knowledge of Allah Ta’ala encompasses everything, be it partial, complete, existing or non-existing.
“I’lm-e-Zaati” (Divine Knowledge) is His unique Quality.
He is the One who gives sustenance. Angels, etc. are only means. Allah Ta’ala is free from space, place, time, shape, movement and stoppage.
Whatever He does is totally fair and just.
He engulfs(muqeeth) everything and nothing engulfs Him. To give benefit and loss is in His Power.
Nothing takes place without His will.
Each attribute of God is unique and possessed by Him alone: example God is the creator of the universe.
One attribute of God should not contradict with other attributes.
All attributes should point to the one and same God
Similarly to say that the Creator of the universe is one God and the Cherisher is another God is absurd because God possesses all these attributes combined together.
Kuffar e makka use to worship idols thinking these idols will get them close to Allah. They said pleasing idols will please Allah and gave divinity to idols saying idols are smaller gods and Allah is bigger god(mazAllah )
In alam e arwah(world of souls) everyone accepted Allah as god and prophets were sent to guide people .
Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’aala) has names and they are Husna(Every name of Allah implies a perfect attribute)
The Permanent Attributes Of Allah.
Allah is perfection. The extent of this perfection is infinite. The greatest name of Allah, contains eight essentials indicating His perfections.
1. Hayyan – Life: Being Alive, being Eternal, never ceasing to be.
2. ‘Ilm – Knowledge: Allah has knowledge of all things; there is nothing unknown to Him.
3. Sam’i – Hearing: Allah hears; there can be nothing that He does not hear, or of Aware.
4. Basar – Sight: Allah sees; there is nothing unseen by Him.
5. Irada – Will: Allah does whatever He wishes.
6. Qudra- Power: There is nothing for which Allah lacks capacity. He always prevails.
7. Kalam -Speech: Allah speaks, though not with a voice like ours, nor with the sound we make.
8. Takeen- Creativity: Allah has created everything that exists, and He goes on creating. If He wishes. He destroys. Nothing can oppose His command.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
