“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
…the Day when We shall call every section of people along with their leaders. 17/71
So whoever will be given the record of his deeds in his right hand, so they will read their records (rejoicing) and they will not be wronged a bit.17/71
(On that Day,) people will not possess the authority to intercede, except those who have taken a promise (of intercession) from the Most Kind (Lord).19/87
And each one of them has to appear before His presence alone on the Day of Resurrection.19/95
… Did I not take this covenant from you not to worship Satan; no doubt he is your open enemy; And that you keep worshipping Me alone? That is the straight path. 36/60-61
…Then We commanded the angels: ‘Prostrate yourselves before Adam.’ They all prostrated themselves except Iblis;
…..He said: ‘I am better than he. You have created me from fire and You have made him from clay.’
…..He (Iblis) said: ‘Grant me respite (to live) till the Day when people will be raised up (from the graves).’
…….He (Iblis) said: ‘Since You have led me astray, (I swear that) I will (also) sit on Your straight path (to waylay the children of Adam till I cause them to deviate from the path of truth).
……I will assuredly approach them from their front, from their rear, from their right and from their left, and (consequently) You will not find most of them grateful.’
But Satan created doubt in the hearts of both (Adam and Hawwa [Eve]) in order to make manifest to them their private parts which were hidden (from their eyes).
He(Iblis) said: ‘(O Adam and Hawwa [Eve],) your Lord has not forbidden you (eating fruit of) this tree, but (because, eating it,) you both will transform into angels (free from human characteristics), or both of you become (its) permanent residents (i.e., never will you be deprived of this station of proximity).’
….And he swore to both of them, saying: ‘I am indeed of your well-wishers.’ So by means of deceit he tempted both of them down (into eating the fruit of the tree).
…. Allah commanded: ‘(O Iblis!) Be gone from here, humiliated and cursed. Whoever of them will follow you, I will certainly fill Hell with all of you.
….And, O Adam, reside (both) you and your wife in Paradise and eat from wherever you wish.
….And (beware!) Do not go near this tree lest you become of those who transgress.’
……‘Did I not forbid both of you (to get closer to) that tree, and did I (not) say to you: Satan is indeed an open enemy of you both?’
(i.e., you are sent down with two basic rights of dwelling and subsistence in the earth; so, organize and stabilize the system of your life on that basis).’
… ‘You will spend your life in the very same earth, and will die in it, and from the same will you be brought forth (on the Day of Resurrection).’
When both had tasted (the fruit of) the tree, their private parts became manifest to them, and they started sticking the leaves of Paradise to their (bodies).
Both of them submitted: ‘O our Lord! We have wronged our souls. And if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall certainly be amongst the losers. 7/11-25
Abdullah bin Masud [ra] has
narrated that the Prophet(ﷺ) said:When you lose your means of transport in a jungle,
you should call: ‘O creatures of Allah! Help me, recover my transport! O
creatures of Allah! Help me, recover my transport!’ There are many of Allah’s
creatures on this earth. They will help you recover it. (Tabarani in
al-Mujam-ul-kabir (10:217#10518); Abuyala Musnad (9:177); Haythami,
Majma-uz-zawaidd (10:132) Imam‘Asqalani in almatalibul aliyah (3:239#3375)
Ali (ra) said: “Do not curse the people of Syria, for among them are the Substitutes (al-abdal), but curse their injustice.” (Al-Hakim, Dhahabi)
The Prophet said: “The Substitutes in this Community are thirty like Ibrahim the Friend of the Merciful. Every time one of them dies, Allah substitutes another one in his place.” (Musnad e ahmad (5:322))
Ibn Umar had numbness in his leg, whereupon a man said to him:“Remember the most beloved of people to you”, so he said: “Ya Muhammad”[Imam al-Bukhari in Adab al-Mufrad (Hadith No. 964)
“If anyone recites Ya-Sin out
of a desire for Allah’s favour, his past sins will be forgiven him; so recite
it over those of you who are dying.”(Bayhaqi in Shu’ab al-Iman)
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith No:2178
‘The status of the deceased is raised [during their time in the grave], and the deceased ask Allah why this has happened. Allah replies,’Your son has prayed for your forgiveness'” [al-Bukhari, Al-Adab Al-Mufid, chapter on ‘Excellency of Parents’]
Imam Bayhaqi[Hadith Number 3879] Abu Ishaq al-Qarshi (ra) narrates that there was a man with us in Madina. Whenever he used to see any bad deed which he was not capable of stop with his hand, he used to go to the grave of Prophet (Peace be upon him) and say: O the inhabitants of Qabr i.e. Prophet and Sahaba (Abu Bakr and Umar) and our helpers please look towards our state.
Hadrat Aisha (ra) narrates: Whenever I entered the house in which Prophet (Peace be upon him) and my father (i.e. Abu Bakr ra) are buried,I used to take off my sheet (from head) thinking that it’s only my father and husband (whom I am visiting), however By Allah! When Umar (ra) got buried with them, I never went inside without being fully covered, this is because of being ashamed of Umar (ra) [Musnad Ahmed bin Hanbal, Volume No. 6, Page No. 202]
