Dars e Imam-Hazir o Nazir Qari Suyuti Ghazali Qiyyum

“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

mulla ali qari (ra) writes states ‘this is because the soul (rooh) of the holy prophet ﷺ is haazir in the homes of muslims-sharah shifaa.

mulla ali qari (ra) writes ‘the friends of Allah subhanu waatala can be in several different places at one moment and can even have a few likeness of body simultaneously’(mirqaat baabu maa yuqaala inda man hadrahul –maut)

Mulla ali qari (ra) states in mirqaat -imam ghazzali (ra) has said “ when you enter the musjids send salam to the holy prophet ﷺ because he is present in the mosques”.

Imam ghazzali (ra) writes ‘deem the holy prophet ﷺ and his being haazir in your heart and say “as salamu alaika ayuhan nabiyu wa rahamtullahi wa barakaatuhu’(lhyaaul-uloom vol1 chapter 4 section3)

Imam ghazzali (ra) states’ the holy prophet ﷺ has the power to travel the earth accompanied by the souls of his sahaba.many friends of Allah subhanu waatala have seen him( do this)(tafseer roohul bayaan by allama ismail haqqi (ra)).

Imam ghazzali (ra) writes ‘those with insight of the heart see the prophets and angels while awake and even speak to them”(al munqiz minad-dalaal)

Allama shaikh mujadid (ra) states the holy prophet ﷺ being addressed is also a means of increased khushoo and khuzoo (concentration) in salaah by thinking of his presence.

Allama shaami (ra) states ‘to cover long distances is also a karaamat due to the saying of the holy prophet ﷺ,the earth has been folded for me’(raddul muhtaar vol3 baabul murtad ,matlabu karaamaate auliya)

Allama jalaaluddin suyuti (ra) writes’it is proven from the hadith and traditions that the holy prophet ﷺkeeps an eye on his ummahs actions throughout the earth,makes istigfar for their sins and dua for their afflictions to be removed.he grants them brakat and attends the janaazah of a virtuous person who dies from his ummah(intibaaahul azkiya fi hayaatil auliya pg7)

Imam jalaaluddin suyuti (ra) writes ‘if people hold the belief that the soul of the holy prophet ﷺ or his likeness attends gatherings wherein the quran is recited ,ramadaan is concluded or meelad sharif is read it is permissible –sharah sudoor.

Commenting on the ayat 48/8 allama ismail haqqi (ra) writes ‘due to the fact that the holy prophet ﷺ is the first creation ,he is therefore the witness to oneness of Allah subhanu waatala and seeing all things that came into existence and reality from non-existence eg souls bodies mineral the plant kingdom animals angels humans etc this because no secret or wonder that can possibly be attained by the rest of creation may be hidden to him. (tafseer roohul bayaan).

He futher states ‘the holy prophet ﷺ witnessed the creation of hadrat adam as his sajda being made ,his leaving jannat ,the acceptance of his tauba and all events that occurred with him until the end he also witnessed the birth of iblees and whatever took place with him. He further states ‘ some spiritual luminaries (akaabireen) have said that the soul of the the holy prophet ﷺ is with every virtuous person and is what is meant by ar raqeebu al ateed ‘when the constant concentration of the holy prophet ﷺ was removed from hadrat adam (as) ,only then did  he forget ensuing the result of his forgetfulness.

(a hadith states that when a fornicator makes zina imaan escapes from him)

Allama ismail haqqi (ra) states that attention of the holy prophet ﷺ is what is meant by emaan meaning ,whatever good deed a mumin achieves is through the barkat of the holy prophet ﷺ attention and any sin committed is due to his disengagement of concentration’

Imam e azam abu hanifa (ra) states ‘ya rasoolAllah ﷺ when ever I listen I hear only your remembrance and when I look iam able to see nothing besides you(qaseeda numaan)

while living in kufa imam abu hanifa  (ra) sees the holy prophet ﷺ everywhere.

Shaik abdul haqq muhaddith delhlwi (ra) writes that the souls of the deceased go to the homes of their family and friends on a thursday  and wish for esaal e sawaab(ashiatul lamaat ,baabu ziyaaratil quboor)

Ibn qayyim the student of ibn taymiya states’ the sound and words of darood recited by anyone anywhere reaches me ﷺ.this will continue after my demise as well(jillaul afhaam pg73)

The holy prophet ﷺ said ‘ recite darood abundantly on me on every Friday and Monday after my demise because I hear it directly (jilaul afhaam pg73 by ibn qayyim,unseeul  jalees pg222 by imam jalaaluddin suyuti (ra)).

Shifa shariff states to accept anyone exceeding the holy prophet ﷺ in any excellence is infidelity (kufr).like the holy prophet ﷺ said the small amount of barley given out by my sahaba in charity is more excellent than you giving an entire mountain of gold(mishkaat baabu fadhaailis –sahaaba).

Salaah is amal and concentration/contemplation(tasawur) is haal /state of heart.

Face towards kaaba (amal) and heart towards rab e kaaba haal /state of heart.

Completion of quran is amal/deed and understanding/meditating/contemplating with quran is haal /state of heart.

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
