HISTORY
Prophet ﷺ is the teacher for all the sciences of islam.
Founder of fiqh =prophetﷺ .
Deen/islam is the same but shariat varied accordingly with respect to ambiya(as)
Every ummat=shariat/general path+minhaj/detail path
Non muslims/kuffar are in the age of darkness whereas light of islam is from hazrath adam(as) to hazrath muhammedﷺ till the end .Kuffar sources are not authentic/corrupted .
Non muslims /government is different (no practicing laws of life)
Mosque/state is the same(practicing laws of life).
Isa(as) didnot give political/social/economical/cultural affairs etc so Christians think religion is only spirituality(Sunday religion)
Musa(as) didn’t establish a state/government so jews are not aware of political/social/economical/ cultural affairs so jews think religion is only spirituality(Saturday religion)
Hindusim is nothing to do with social/political/economic/cultural affairs so hindus think religion is only spirituality(occasional religion)
Prophet ﷺ gave socio-economic-political –educational-cultural –diplomatic relations etc etc ,as he was raised for the entire mankind/planet.
You cannot see/hear/understand Allah .You cannot implement his commands because Allah doesnot practice/demonstrate/conduct/behave etc (Allah’s zaat is not model for us).rasoolallahﷺ practices/demonstrate/conduct etc therefore following rasoolallahﷺ is following Allahﷻ(rasoolallah’sﷺ zaat is model for us)
Allah makes you understand but you cannot understand him.
ULIL AMR MIN KUM/PEOPLE OF AUTHORITY
People of authority/ulil amr min kum=imams(people of fiqh/tafsir/ilm/hadis/wilayat etc)
Keep following ulil amr min kum/people of authority(imams of various fields)=taqlid
Refer it to Allah and his rasool ,if there are differences =ijtehad/deductive reasoning .
For ex- rasoolallah ﷺ gave different answers to different people for the same question(ie for islah e ummat) for ex- best deed=salah on time,jihad,serving parents etc
Sahaba transferred that much knowledge which they learnt with sohbat e rasoolﷺ for “n” number of years.
Rivayate sahaba heard hadith and forwarded as a text without changing words/order.
There were sahabas who were experts in fiqh/ijtehad .
Ijtehad sahaba use to give meaning .
Differences aroused because of custom/climate/time/region/availability of knowledge etc .
Sahaba started giving different interpretation as they got new knowledge reaching them after long time.
Aftersome differences arouse between sahaba because of islam reaching far places this lead to ijtehad.
Sahaba interpreted quran and sunnah based on their intellectual ijtehad (with out nafs)
Fatwa e sahaba reached fiqhi scholars time.
Fuqaha started understanding fatwa e sahaba based on time/nature etc .
Fiqhi scholars began collectins of ahadith.
Even before sahih bukhari 150 books of ahadith were present.
Adab /noor e ilm was present in early generation.
Later deen e Mustapha was safe guarded with fiqh/jurisprudence.
Fuqaha started presenting practical sunnah/ahadith.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
