Ihsan Q & A, Tariqat

“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

Surely, the submissive …believing ….obedient … truthful …steadfast …humble … who give alms … who fast …who guard their chastity … who remember Allah abundantly ….. Allah has prepared for all of them forgiveness and a mighty reward.33/35

O believers! Keep remembering Allah abundantly And glorify Him morning and evening.33/42

You recite (with the essential understanding and competence of acceptability) only to those people who believe in Our Revelations. So it is they who are Muslims. (You recite to none except them.)30/53

And certainly, the reward of the Hereafter is of greater value for those who believe and tread the path of Godwariness.12/57

O believers! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) and those (men of truth) who hold command amongst you. 4/59

And blood relations have a greater claim one to another ….except that you desire to do favour to your friends. This command is written in the Book of Allah.33/6

…Allah does not want to make things hard for you, but He wants to purify you, and complete the bestowal of His favour upon you so that you may become grateful.5/6

O Muslims! They (the hypocrites) swear by Allah in your presence to keep you pleased, whereas Allah along with His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) has a greater right that they should please Him…..9/62

If they are the believers, (they should have known this fact and should have pleased the Messenger [blessings and peace be upon him]. Allah is pleased only if the Messenger [blessings and peace be upon him] is pleased because their pleasure is but one and the same).9/62

He is the One Who has revealed to you the Book comprising some firm and solid Verses (i.e., literally clear and precise in meaning); they are the foundation of (the commandments) of the Book. And other Verses are figurative (i.e., containing abstract and allusive meaning).3/7

So, those who have deviation in their hearts follow only its figurative Verses (just) under the urge to create disruption and with the motive to supply them self-seeking interpretation instead of their true interpretation. But none knows its true interpretation apart from Allah. 3/7

And those who are perfectly firm in knowledge say: ‘We believe in it. The whole (Book) has been revealed by our Lord.’ 3/7

And direction and guidance is the share of only those who possess wisdom and insight.3/7

Say: ‘Everyone acts according to his own (respective) style and nature, and your Lord knows full well who is best guided to the straight path.17/84

And they (the disbelievers) ask you about the spirit. Say: ‘The spirit is from my Lord’s command, and you have been given but a very little knowledge.’17/84-85

Allah does not put under stress any soul more than its endurance. 2/286

2/30They submitted(angels): ….. will do mischief in it and shed blood…. 2/31(Allah) said: ‘I know that which you do not know.’

2/32……..Allah taught Adam the names of all (things), and then presented them before the angels and said: ‘Tell Me the names of these things if you are true (in your assumption).’ The angels (humbly) submitted: ‘Glory to You, You are Holy (free from every deficiency). We have no knowledge except that which You have taught us…. 2/33…..Allah said: ‘O Adam, (now) apprise them of the names of these things.’ So when Adam had told them the names of those things….

2/33 (Allah) said: ‘Did I not tell you I know (all) the hidden realities….

38/70…So all the angels fell down together prostrating themselves before him, Except Iblis. He showed arrogance (against the dignity of the Prophet) and became one of the disbelievers.

2/34….. commanded the angels: ‘Prostrate yourselves before Adam.’ Then they all prostrated themselves to Adam except Iblis (Satan). He refused and showed arrogance, and (consequently) became one of the disbelievers.

7/12(Allah) said: ‘(O Iblis!) What inhibited you that you did not prostrate yourself when I commanded you?’

38/72….(Allah) said: ….. whom I have created with My Own (Benevolent) Hand? Did you show arrogance (to him), or were you (presuming yourself) high ranking?’

38/75….(Comparing himself with the Prophet,) he said: ‘I am better than he. You have created me from fire and You have created him from clay.’

15/32……You have created from old (and) black stinking, sounding mud.’

They are created from fire. Some from amongst them have been given the power to take whichever form they wish. Their life spans are very lengthy. The mischievous ones amongst them are called Shaitaan. Like humans, they have intelligence, souls and bodies. They even have children. They eat, drink, live and die.
Belief: There are also Muslims and Kaafirs amongst them, but in comparison to humans, their kaafirs are much more in number. Amongst their Muslims, there are those who are pious and those who are sinners. They even have Sunni and non‑Sunni (Bad Mazhab) amongst them. The number of Faasiqs (open sinners) amongst them is more than that amongst humans.
Belief: To reject their existence or to say that Shaitaan or Jin only refers to the power of bad is Kufr. To say that there is no such thing as Jin or shaitaan. It is just the power of bad and nothing else is improper.
