“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

…Except for those who remain steadfast and continue doing pious deeds. For them is forgiveness and great reward.11/11

You give thanks but little.32/9

… So if you yourselves do not know (anything), then ask the People of remembrance.16/43

And cooperate with them in worldly affairs in a decent manner. 31/15

But (in the matter of faith and the Last Hour and the related affairs) follow someone who adopts the path of turning to Me in repentance and submitting to My injunctions…’31/15

Say: ‘O servants of Mine who have wronged their souls, do not lose hope of Allah’s mercy. Assuredly, Allah forgives all sins (and excesses)…..39/53

And I do not (claim) absolution of my self. Certainly, the self commands much evil except the one on whom my Lord bestows mercy….12/53

(The residents of Paradise) will be (sitting) reclining on cushions over green carpets and rare and exquisite, fine rugs. ….55/76-77

….if there is a good work, He doubles it and grants from His presence an immense reward.4/40

….And whoever venerates the signs of Allah (i.e., honouring those living beings, shrines, monumental sites, commands and prescribed duties known and recognized due to some pious association or link with Allah or Allah’s devoted servants), this (veneration) is of the Godwariness of hearts (only those whose hearts have been blessed with the fear of God venerate these signs).22/32

And (embellish) ornamentation of gold and jewels (over this silver work). But all that is the temporary and worthless possession of the life of this world. 43/35

And (the beauty and ornamentation of) the Hereafter is with your Lord (which is) only for the pious.43/35

Guard strictly all the Prayers, especially the middle Prayer.2/238

And stand before Allah as an epitome of submissiveness and lowliness.2/238

Surely, your Lord knows him best who has strayed from the straight path and (also) knows best those who are rightly guided.68/7

Narrated Syedna Uthman ibn Affan (ra) Whenever the Holy Prophet became free from burying the dead, he used to stay at him (i.e. his grave) and say “Seek forgiveness for your brother, and beg steadfastness for him, for he will be questioned now”. (Abu Daud)

Ata’ ibn Abi Rabah (Allah be well pleased with him) said I heard Ibn `Umar (Allah be well pleased with him) say I heard the Holy Prophet say “When one of you dies do not tarry, but make haste and take him to his grave, and let someone read at his head the opening of Surah Baqarah, and at his feet its closure when he lies in the grave.” (Tabarani)

“When a person sins, he develops a black spot in his heart. If he repents, his heart is cleaned and purified. But if he continued sinning, then the black spot keeps on increasing. This is the rusting of heart mentioned in the Quran.” (Ahmad, Tirmidhi & Ibn Majah)

“Do protect yourself from sin, since sin brings down Allah’s anger.” (Ahmad)

“Sins rust human hearts in a way. Repentance (“Taubah and Istighfar”) is their cleaning.” (Bayhaqi)

Verily Allah does not look to your faces and your wealth but He looks to your heart and your deeds. (Muslim)

“Surely there is in the body a small piece of flesh; if it is sound, the whole body is sound, and if it is corrupted, the whole body is corrupted, and that is surely the heart”. (Bukhari)

“Truly my eyes sleep but my heart does not sleep.” (Bukhari)

“O people! Verily I am not like you. Indeed, I spend the night in the (Divine) Presence of my Lord, and it is He Who feeds me and gives me drink.” (Bukhari)

He who saw me in a dream would soon see me in the state of wakefulness, or as if he saw me in a state of wakefulness, for the satan does not appear in my form( Muslim)

“I am the one who distributes and Almighty Allah is the One who gives.” (Bukhari)

“I saw Allah the Almighty. Allah put His Hand (of power) at my back and I felt it’s coolness in my chest. The very moment, everything became known to me and I recognized everything.” (Tirmidhi)

“My entire Ummah was presented before me with each individual’s scroll of deeds, good as well as bad.”(Muslim )

The Holy Prophet is reported to have said, “I saw Prophet Moosa in the valley of Azraq, while passing from Makka to Madina. He was reciting ‘Talbiah’ in a loud voice. On another occasion I saw Prophet Yunus wearing a long woolen overcoat and riding a red camel.” (Ibn Majah)
