Ihsan-q & h 24
“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
And surely, he who keeps patience and forgives, this is certainly of the deeds that demand great courage and resolve42/3
And continue remembering the Name of your Lord, devoted completely to Him alone (in your heart and soul), broken away from everyone else.73/8
… Each one of them desires that he should be granted life of a thousand (years). But even if he is granted that, such a prolonged life cannot save him from the torment. And Allah is monitoring their deeds minutely.2/96
Say: ‘My Prayer, my Hajj (Pilgrimage) and my sacrifice (together with the entire worship and servitude) and my life and my death are for Allah alone, the Lord of all the worlds.6/162
Indeed, man is most ungrateful to his Lord, And verily, he is himself a witness to this ingratitude.100/6-7
But he alone (will be the gainer) who appears before the presence of Allah with a heart protected (from) and pure (of all evils).’ 26/89
And (on that Day) Paradise will be brought closer to the Godfearing (and self-protecting).26/90
And, (O Esteemed Beloved,) We sent only men (as Prophets) before you (also). We used to send them Revelations. 21/7
So, (O people,) if you do not know (yourselves), ask the people of remembrance.21/7
You can never attain to piety unless you spend (in the cause of Allah) out of that which you like the most….3/92
And those who strive hard (and struggle against the lower self vehemently) for Our cause, We certainly guide them to Our ways…29/69
Jabir (ra) said that when God’s messenger was asked for anything, he never said, “No.” (Bukhari)
“O Allah, grant me your love and the love of those whose love will benefit me with you. O Allah, whatever you have provided me from what I love, then make it strength for me for that which you love. O Allah, whatever you have withheld from what I love, then make it a time for rest in that which you love.”(tirmidhi)
“Worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you cannot do this, then you must at least be certain that He is looking at you.” (Bukhari)
“My Lord the Glorified has promised me that seventy thousand among my nation will enter Paradise without reckoning and without punishment. With every thousand there are another seventy thousand and three handfuls from the handfuls of my Lord the Exalted.”(ibn majah)
The son of Adam becomes decrepit, but two things remain young in him: avidity for property and avidity for life. (Bukhari, Muslim).
.God does not look at your forms and possessions, but He looks at your hearts and your deeds. (Muslim).
Allah is not merciful to him who is not merciful to men. (Sahih Bukhari)
The Prophet has explained that the Almighty Allah has stated: “He who has caused enmity with My Wali (Friend), I give him declaration of war. Among those acts through which My slave achieves My closeness, the most beloved are the Fardh (Compulsory) acts. My slave also achieves My closeness through the Nafil (Optional) deeds, till I make him into My beloved. When he becomes My beloved, I become his ears through which he listens, his eyes through which he sees, his hands by which he holds, his feet by which he walks. When he pleads to Me for anything I definitely bestow it on him. When he seeks refuge in Me from any bad deed, then I definitely save him from it.”(Hadith-e-Qudsi)
“There will always exist 40 persons on
the Earth, each of whom is blessed like Hadrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). It
rains because of their barakah. Allah appoints another when one of them dies.”
(tabarani)
“There always exist 40 persons among my ummah. Their hearts are like that of Hadrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). Allah Ta’aala redeems His human servants from disasters for their sake. They are called Abdaal. They do not attain to that degree by performing salaah, fasting, or giving zakaah.” Ibn Mas’ud (Radi Allahu ta’ala Anhu) asked, “Ya Rasoolallah (Salla Allahu ta’ala Alayhi wa Sallam), by what means do they attain that degree?” “They attain it by being generous, and by advising muslims,”(tabarani)
Following sharia (laws) and knowledge of self (tasawuff) helps in islah e nafs
Niyyat =only for the sake of Allah and to gain his pleasure/raza (deedar /sight of Allah).
Fearing Allah means avoiding sins /disobedience.
Loving Allah means following sunnah of rasoolAllahﷺ
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
