Niyyat-Iqlas

“Bismillahir Rahmannir Raheem”Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu ‘Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma ‘een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)

ISLAH E NIYYAT/IQLAS

Niyyat =for the pleasure/raza of allah or for the deedar/sight of allah

For eg-what ever is done for the sake of allah is ibadat and what ever is done for the sake of nafs is riya (show off)

Nazria =point of view (changeable) Aqidah =tight knot (unchangeable)

Concern/Fikr e deen  is ain e ibadat

Nafil ibadat =gives pleasure of allah

Ibadat is noor

Good niyyat gives reward (even if its not done because of iqlas/sincereity) and gets multipied after performing the good deed.

For eg- keep the intention for shahadat/martyrdom you will be rewarded even if don’t get martyred in allah’s way.

Bad niyyat yields punishment if it is done.

Those who think bad but they don’t do that bad deed are also rewarded .(for avoiding sinning because of fear of allah)

Those who wants both allah’s pleasure and people’s praise(name/fame) =no reward

Iqlas is exclusively for allah alone (free from riya)and riya is for people.

Increase iqlas=increase barkat/blessings and increase tasir/effect

Increase iqlas=increase reward (smallest amal)

Decrease iqlas =decrease reward (biggest amal)

Ibadat is time bound and itaat/obediance not time bound (done for pleasure of allah)

If itaat is for pleasure of allah then total life is ibadat.

Obedience /ittat becomes noor/light

1.for the pleasure of allah

2.starts with bismillah

3.applying sunnat  e rasool

Secret of life =ignore people/creation, keep sight on allah

Maqsad/objective of life = gaining marifat of allah +praying/ibadat to please allah alone.

Marifat =ilm+ibadat

(Marifat) ilm+ibadat=adminstrative wilayat

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
